Elliptical

Comments:
My knee was actually feeling worse after taking yesterday off. I pushed it today on a short-stride elliptical and kept my heart rate about 180 for most of the hour. I am in fine cardio shape, I think. My knee was fine on the elliptical and felt a bit better afterward.

3x15 Adductor (125,135,145)- I've never done 145 before. Remember I was doing 35,45,55 in XC at one point
2x10 leg curls (40 lbs)

Let's be honest, tomorrow is a very very important day and today was not. I'll soon find out if any of this orthotics/rehab stuff was worth anything or if I am back to square 1. I've been counting down the days until tomorrow for a while, but now on its eve I am deathly afraid of what might happen.
