Up and down day like Rubin said. DMR ran great(10:36). We can do much better though. Ran the 800 leg in 2:02.6. Came through 600 in 1:28 and blew balls the last 200 for some reason. Kept telling myself I was running bad the whole race. I dont know why. Then the open 800 later was a total mind fuck. Led until about 300m and fell back. Legs felt great but I just couldn't focus. Finished in 2:04. Very depressing. Just need to break 2 and everything will be better.
2 mile warmup with Elaine, Link, and CKell. 10 minute cooldowns and warmups the rest of the way.
Jogging 18min+10min x 3 = 48 min jogging. mile racing and lots of striders. figure at least 8 miles total.
