So after finishing up 12 miles last night around 11 pm I settled in for bed around 1-2ish. I could not fall asleep. After hours of tossing and turning, nothing. The tossing and turning was actually making me more alert and awake. So I got out of bed and had zero hours of sleep. 6 am rolls around and I figure a run would be a good idea. Not only a run...but mile repeats. That was rough, could only manage to crank out three and then finished with a cool down mile. Not too bad for running on empty.
