Felt really good today, although I felt a bit slow in the 600s and 400s. We were supposed to do 50sec 200 pace, but that's too slow...so I kept a pretty consistent 40sec 200 pace, except on the last 400, when I went about 37sec 200 pace. My 600s were slower than last week's (2:07ish), but my 400s were faster (last week 86), so I guess I was better overall.

Had to do sprint drills. I need to get fast and get out, but I hesitate. Or as coach would say, I can't "load up" - I just have to go.
