Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Apparently there's a hurricane coming towards the island, so they canceled the boys meet that we were supposed to have today. I had them race a half mile and a 400 anyway though. The 400 went well, had a kid run it in about 59/60, which is really good for here. The 800 was worse, first place ran it in 2:44. The distances weren't exact though, so that makes a difference I guess. I ran the 800 with the first place guy, then ran a 400 in 56, just to see how fast I could do it. Felt all right. My quads are tight as hell though.
