I thought that today was going to be the decisive moment when I get to see if I am getting better. I thought I was goint to try 2 miles, but Chris changed it to 1 mile, so I still do not know if my knee is healing or not. It sort of hurt, but only in random spurts and not serious pain. In the past, I could usually make it a mile before having any pain, so this was an unexpectedly unimportant day.
