Exercise Type: Bike

I figure since my calf bothers me when i run then my options are: Not run and be not hurt but lazy, or not run and not be lazy and not hurt, I like the second, biking it is!! Did a few warmup miles in the gym before and then busted out on some highways and backroads by the Skagit River, some nice big long hills too, up and down. There was one at the end which was killer, but just at that moment the song on my ipod kept repeating "so c'mon" over and over...it gave me the muice!
