Comments:
2 mile warmup. 10 x 400m with one min rest. was fine until i would start in the back of the pack and have to run really hard to get back to ckell bc people were dropping back. 64-66 for the first 7 and then ran a shitty 68 and sly pulled me and vaughn for one. last one was 60. walked and talked with brett as a cooldown.
Fuck it, i dont care.
