Weather: cold and snowy
Comments:
ran to the park from fitness and did a lap in the snow. running uphill in 4 inch snow works your legs out very well. run back was hard, probly because after i left the park i was already at 3 miles and that's what i'm used to running at this point. but i felt good once it was over. stretched well before and after. it makes a difference
