Monday Make up Run

Weather: Dark, teens to 20's

Comments:
Felt really comfortable the entire run. Calves started to tighten up in the last mile or so, but other than that felt fine. Work some speed and agility work into cross training. Watch out for dark ice! Almost slipped again today. Took it pretty slow around corners and when I was on the sidewalks. Also, running in snow is a phenomenal workout. People should shovel less... less ice, more packed snow to run on.. Not as fast as when there is no snow or ice... I think I will be able to manage though...
