Comments:
Less than 12 hrs removed from my last run, but everything still went ok. I thought my finish time would be a little faster than it turned out but oh well. I still felt pretty good with minimal stiffness after last nights run so that was a surprise. Beginning and end were at a quicker pace, but I must've really slowed down for the huge hill. So I still have a chance at hitting my weekly milage of 55 this week. I might do a double tomorrow but we'll see how I feel.
1st Steelers game tonight! Last day of work! I will definitely have a banner day today.
