Didn't feel my best today, but ran faster than last week in the 300 and the same in the 350, so I guess I'm getting better. It didn't suck as much as last week, but it still sucks. I just have to get used to sprinting...

Went out with Ben on North Park, turned around at Coventry. Nice and slow 4 miles
