just 4 boys today... Me Dan Mackenzie and Colin. target time was 34-36, wasn't particularly consistent. Left shin was hurting some during and was a bit sore after. Also, was at TJ Max and noticed they had the Jelly Bean energy things on sale, so I decided to try it. They didn't work at all or at least, no better than regular jelly beans (I assume), so failed experiment.
