Comments:
First sorta workout in a while. Did 5x600 at 80 second pace by myself before everyone else started practice. Felt pretty good, my hamstring was a little tight, but no pain, which is good. Hit every interval right on, I think my slowest and fastest were only about a second and a half apart, which I was happy with.
