Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Quicker pace than normal in between easy run and tempo pace. Felt pretty good today, but my ankle gave me troubles at a few points. Really worked on form today, which was really hard. Felt my breathing get better and by the middle portion my body thought breathing through my nose was necessary once and a while. Good step.
