Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 4 miles. Legs felt terrible. They didn't want to move and continually exhibited sharp, shooting pains. My left hip wasn't happy either. Did 4x100m striders and the Lanese circuit. Stretched and iced.

Forgot to mention yesterday that I need to consciously think about making a move. My body kinda sorta does it naturally, but I need to realize it and push it.
