Comments:
1600 6:20 - 800 2:41 - 400 1:18 - 300 - 0:52(um yeah...) tempo on the way back. BK and I messed up the 800 cooldown, started the 400 late, got 100 meters between the 400 and the 300. which didnt help, not that I'm ever very fast in the short intervals. OK workout
