felt great!
the hills felt a LOT better than last time and very manageable (practically easy!)
i progressively increased pace by each hill
hard to keep going after the peak and down the hill, but progressively improved
julia was great to run with on the second two and the rest of the work-out. she really pushed me along and kept my momentum of the work-out going.

detour through neighborhood:
steady pace for 2/3 mi
did a few hills/springing spurts with julia

final hill (the original ones):
felt very good
even kept my momentum going passed the peek and downhill
