felt terrible
a bit achy from yesterday's hill work-out but not that bad
pressure of running against my teammates on a track got to me a freaked me out :(
almost stopped after the first lap into the 800 but kept going :)
even though i felt terrible and psyched out (in a bad way) i kept going and pushed through it all
breathing was steady (not too out of breath and winded)
