Comments:
2.5 mile warm up 17:40. Then 5x1 mile with 90 secs rest on front st/right on orange/right on nunx2. Fairly hilly had to switch gears alot. 5:41, 5:35,5:35,5:39,5:32. Felt pretty good overall, haven't done anything that fast or that long in a while, good workout. 1 mile cool down.
