Comments:
113, staying same but want it to go down!
Felt a bit sluggish at first few minutes but fell into stride after mile 1. Did 1 min interv of 6 spd than 6.5-6.8 spd for 20 minutes. Felt good and time flew by. Second run since fateful early dec run that caused injury when I do not feel any pain or twinge during or after run ... freakin finally!!
