Weather: surprisingly warm

Comments:
the run was 1 min 2 min 3 min 4 min 4 min 3 min 2 min 1 min. this break down gave me 20 mins of solid running and 20 mins of jogging/ resting probably ran more then i'm guna log but its hard to tell. gave my self extra 2 miles of jogging.
