Weather: nice and and cool
Comments:
1.25 miles warm up . 25 backwards
1 x 600m in 1:58 (38 sec/200m) followed by a 5 minute jog (about 800m) = 1400m
2 x 400m in 110: 34 sec each followed by a 4 minute jog (about 600m) = 2000m
1 x 600m in 1:52 (35 sec/200m) followed by a 5 minute jog (about 800m) = 1400m
2 x 300m in 50.82 sec (16.94/100m) followed by a 3 minute jog (about 600m) = 1800m
4 x 200m in 36 seconds follwed by 200m jog = 1600m
1 mile easy cool down
i felt amazing even though i was off in probaly the 600's but other than that my legs feel amazing, i feel brand new... little tired after wrok out legs and lazy,- dring the run my lungs were the ones suffering not much my legs, also been working on my stride as well as the way i move my arms, also watch(really helpful)
overall good run, can't wait for the next F work out ..... I feel almost ready fpr track meet not fully on level for the mile race
