Sprinter!

Legs still hurt today, so took it easy - acted like a real sprinter! Did drills, some build ups, and blocks. Man, am I bad at blocks. They're so awkward. Plus, it seems that I'm back in my clumsy mode - tripped over Bettina's backpack at Fribley, and then again on the sidewalk, not to mention my complete lack of balance overall lately. So blocks + Meghan = no good. Still, I'm going to try them out in my 500 tomorrow...we'll see how that goes.

Have to remember to lean forward and not run up and down....not sure exactly how to do that, for I don't even really realize that I'm running straight up and down.....and John E got me thinking today....I need to relax a little bit more, so that I can soak up all the things I should be doing and actually learn how to do them instead of getting frustrated and upset that everyone is telling me that I'm doing everything wrong...
