Exercise Type: Run
Weather: started off cold and dry, then the sun came out!
Comments:
Well I have missed a couple of training runs down to one thing or another, so I thought I'd make it up today. I didn't set out a particular distance or time, and enjoyed the run more than when I do for short distances. I struggled a little halfway through the run for some reason, then I got over that and felt like I could run for a lot longer. I'm doing a long run tomorrow though, so thought I'd conserve my energy.
