Comments:
30 minutes of cool-down and warm-up. Ran the 1k first, went really well, had splits of 31-31-30-30-29, the race went out a little too slow for me to get a good time but I won with a 2:33.98. Then my recovery was pretty good and in the 4x800m I got the baton in 3rd about 6 seconds behind the leader and I walked him down with a 1:57 split to get the win. I had a big blister on the bottom of my left foot which hurt afterwards.
