Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Enjoyed running outside for the first time in a long time on the first run but ended up making it a short one because I was afraid of getting totally lost!
Struggled a bit on the speed run. I feel like I have the physical capacity to bring my 5k under 25, but mentally, I'm not ready to hold pace much past 2 miles. Frustrating!
