Comments:
I had intensee metal music stuck in my head. I ran with Lucas today. Started out feeling really bad and super tight and felt that way for most of the run. I forced the speed and sprinted up that tiny hill turning left after the first mile and it felt good to do that even though I was still tight. Then I remembered that back in the day we used to sprint up the hills and run normal outside of that. I sprinted through the parking lot when I finished and I had only ran 3 miles. My splits were something like 7:30, 7:25, 6:34. The last mile was mainly because of the sprint and going faster on even the small hills. I'll probably integrate this back into runs. Overall I am happy with this run.
