Comments:
Ran for about 20 minutes barefoot out on the baseball field, then put on the Vibram 5 fingers for the first time. Althought they are a little on the large size, I think they are going to work because they dont hurt my heel, which was the worry. Ran for a bit on the field and then went for the trail. All felt amazing! Came back and put on the New Balances for the first time, and after a bit of admusting with the laces, they too felt really good. Light! I think I will rotate my rotation of asics and vibram for the shorter training runs, and use the Newbys for the longer stuff.
