I warmed up for 10 minutes on the bike then stretched out really well before starting. I tried to do this at 7:30 pace on a treadmill, but my knee was bothering me toward the end. I slowed down to 8:00 pace toward the end and felt a little better. This was not awful. My knee did not really really hurt, but there was something there. I'm hoping that I can just slow it back to 8:00 pace next time and be okay. It feels more like something is "pulling" in my knee than real pain.
