Comments:
Felt very tired after crappy sleep, had some pb with sip of gatorade to help get going. Warmed up for 17 minutes before doing 20 min of intervals, recovery @ 6.o spd and speed up's to 6.4-6.8. Felt okay considering how tired I was.
