Exercise Type: Run

ran with jake at east fork. we knew the trails were a loop so we thought about running out 10 miles then walking the rest of the way around the lake to kill time, but before doing that we were smart enough to check the distance around the lake and found it was 26 miles so we ran the briddle trails. They weren't well kept and we had to slow down and stuff at parts, but the nice sections we were really moving so I'd say we averaged 7 min pace but with a min of 6 min miles and a max of 8.
