Felt good, total stoppage time was prob longer than it should have been, around 10-11 min. Stopped every couple of miles to hydrate, ran the last 2 miles in around 8 min pace. Tried to run the last 6 min in around 8 pace but hills were a little tough - last run in Folsom.
