Felt good today. A little tired, but not worn down. Legs didn't hurt, which is something new.

400 general movement warm up, drills and hurdles as usual. Mile cool down, stretched, iced.

I still need to figure out how to sprint. I'm trying to play with my form, and I can feel some differences, but I still don't know exactly what I should be doing. And although I ran faster than last week, I should have been faster. My 600s should have been about 2:05, and my 400s should have been about 75s. I'm pretty good about getting out, in 38-40 for the 600s, and in 36-38 for the 400s, but then I just drop off. I suppose it's because nobody's pushing me...but today was the last time we do this kind of workout :( so I'm screwed...
