Weather: Indoors=Stinkiness of rotting football players or should I say "playaz"

On my off day, Russ Schedules a workout that included "5x30@200 pace" wtf? I don't think that's physically possible. Anyway, I just lifted like every Monday because I have chem lab. Lifting=a recovery week which means I get paranoid that I'm gonna lose strength which will not happen anyway.
