Comments:
today was a really rough workout. did ten minutes of hte tempo, had to go to the bathroom, and realy pushed through the last ten minutes. Legs are soooorrree from snowboarding. The tempo i was dying and mentally weak, but teh 4x400 felt a lot better, and really brought my head back in
