My weekly 7.77 mile run, this time I took a different route to my destination (that avoided the severed deer head) but strangely it still was the same distance. Also I swear that I was running against the wind going both ways.

I upped the pace on this one though, my usual time for this run is around 59 minutes.

More of a proving run to certain people *cough* Coach Rusty *cough* who say I haven't been running enough.
