Comments:
20:00 min easy, then 20:00 on the track at 6:10 pace, then 20:00 easy around campus, then 20:00 at 6:05 pace on the track. Came through the 5ks in 19:15, and 19:08, not too bad. Felt all right could have used some nutrition inbetween.
