I hate sprinting. I can't do it. I'm frustrated. grrrrrrr
Apparently I'm getting faster, but I don't feel like I am. I just feel like I'm chugging along on my non-merry way. I can't get out, I can't sprint, I don't know why I am a sprinter. Coach Rubin tried to explain to me that I have speed, that I'm going to be a 400 hurdler, that I AM a 400 runner - but I don't feel like I am.
Did drills, tried to sprint, failed. Coach Lad attempted to try to make me get out in the 50s by having me start 5 meters ahead of them - but they still beat me. more grrrrrrrrrrr. I hate sprinting. I can't do it.
Did shin exercises. Hopefully my legs will start feeling better permanently soon. Hopefully I can learn how to sprint. Hopefully I won't continue doing the half-ass job I'm doing. Hopefully, hopefully, hopefully...
