Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4.8 miles outside plus 0.5 miles on the indoor track... definitely under-dressed wearing only compression shorts and going hatless... had a huge headache when I got back, but...
this was unequivocably my best run since getting hurt in september... actually felt like I was able to push myself and keep going and feel great the whole time... good stuff... keep moving in the right direction
