Did miles downtown on 800 meter loop. Christa kicked my butt. Just nice to go hard with Daddy on my mind. 5 x mile with 90 sec jogs. 5:50, 5:52, 5:54, 5:55, 6:09. Died last one. Jogs and strides in cooldown.
