Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool and still a little rainy

Comments:
two laps thunder & lightning (ironic, eh?) to warm back up after the break, then an at-pace mile (5:47...two seconds slow) then one lap thunder & lightning, then an at-pace 800 (2:51, one second fast) then another lap thunder and lightning, then another 800 (2:47, five seconds fast), and another lap thunder and lightning, then the run back to the apartment.
i was bummed when the mile was slow, but it felt so comfortable that i couldn't really worry about it. then the first 800 felt good and i was feeling better than i thought so i did another 800 rather than two 400's and that also went well. a well-needed confidence boost, and good to actually be doing my intervals on pace rather than seconds fast as my 400s always were.
