10 min warmup. 12x400 on perimeter road at Threshold pace. 85-85-85-85-81-85-85-85-85-85-86-83, 1 m in jog recovery. focused on running relaxed, even. felt good, but my right shin was sore so i cut it off at 12. ice/aspirin at home
