I started off by stretching very well, and then headed up to run. My knee has been bothering me a lot more the last couple days and I was noticeably distraught. Coach told me that the question we need to worry about is, "Is it getting worse", not whether it's getting better or not. During this run, which didn't start out that great, I sort of came to the conclusion that I am not going to pay any attention to my knee for the next couple weeks, at all. If it hurts, I will completely ignore it and run whatever I am told. Maybe I'm crazy, but it seemed like after I drilled that into my head for a little bit, my knee felt a lot better. I did the rest of my rehab, minus the adductor stuff, and iced. My knee felt a lot better AFTER I ran.
