15,30,45,1,45,30,15 Didn't feel the greatest. Felt better going back but still not great. Just lookin to chop a few seconds off that 800 time. That's about all I can hope for. Lifting is really easy this weak. Roids? I don't need no stinkin' roids. Wish I could feel as strong as I did in high school...
