My run totally sucked today. I couldn't concentrate while on the treadmill. Warm-up was fine and eased into the 5 miles at 7:51. As I hit mile 3 just mentally started to break down. It felt like it was taking forever and felt really hot. I was annoyed that I forgot headphones to listen to music and just could distract myself. I stopped at 3.5 and then walked and ran another 1/2 but gave up. Annoyed with myself and can't figure out why I'm so mental these past two weeks. I might have been training to hard in the beginning and am a bit tired, plus all workouts are getting longer so they are more challenging also.
