Comments:
My first run in such a long time. It was really tough, I actually almost wanted to stop and walk at one point. I do hope I manage to get back on track again quite quickly otherwise I'm going to kick myself for having such a long break. Am determined to start running everyday again especially as now the weather is a lot cooler and the evenings are getting shorter. Must get back into it. I can feel myself getting fatter too and I need to lose that weight again. Bah!
