morning run

Weather: 80ish ... humid again

Comments:
felt pretty tired today. ran last night and then this morning and i always feel tired when i do that, i dont think it is enoug time for my body to recover. oh well, it wasnt really a bad run my back and hips were pretty tight so i just took it easy.

i guess this is suppose to be our reset week so i think im going to try and end up somewhere between 30 and 35 miles and just take it a little easy.
