Comments:
Ran at 11am by myself. Warmed up, then did 3 sets of 8x200 at A1, 30 sec between each 200 and 3min in between sets. First set was mostly mid 39's, with a few 38's a 40. Last one of the set was 36. Set 2 I did mostly 39's and 38's, with the last one being a 36. On the final set first four were 40, 37, 39, 39. Last four were 36, 36 low, 36 high, 35 low. 15 min cool down. Felt pretty strong on the last set.
