Got workout off of web (Mel I looked at what he had you do.) Ran with Heather and her GPS so was accurate and did 6 miles, 6:53, 6:53, 6:33, 6:33, 6:34 and no clue. The first four miles were awesome and felt super strong, but then suddenly fell apart. At least ran fast for 6 than I did for three on Tuesday. I am sure stress has something to do with it. Hopefully things get better or I will nto breaking 3:30 in the marathon.
